Mission.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering projects across two key areas:
1. Development Projects: Collaborate with a dedicated team to oversee and ensure the successful execution of development projects. A strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to coordinate technical teams is essential.
2. Third-Party Tools Implementation and Management: Lead projects involving different third-party tools. This includes managing vendor relationships and ensuring the successful integration and deployment of these solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
3. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
4. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
5. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
6. Coordinate and lead multiple internal technical teams to achieve project objectives.
Stakeholder Communication:
7. Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
8. Provide regular project updates and ensure alignment with business goals.
9. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
Vendor Management:
10. Manage relationships with vendors providing third-party solutions.
11. Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon deliverables.
Required profile.
Experience required:
12. Proven experience in project management, including budget management, planning, risk assessment, and team coordination.
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
14. Experience in managing third-party vendors and ensuring successful solution delivery.
15. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
16. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
17. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
