We're looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you’ll be doing
Acting as a key stakeholder in the day-to-day operations in Switzerland, building and optimising scalable processes
Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities for Revolut
Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
Overseeing 1st line of defence functions
Providing adequate oversight and accountability with respect to outsourced functions
Executing scale operations and working with cross-functional teams in Lithuania, London, and our other global offices
Managing critical vendor relationships, building performance tracking systems, developing strategic supply chain partnerships, and negotiating commercial terms
Monitoring country-specific risk incidents, conduct issues, and their resolution timelines, and liaising with relevant service owners, ensuring proper controls are placed
Running support organisations, managing relationships with critical stakeholders, and consistently hitting SLAs
Creating and maintaining MI to monitor growth metrics and risk incidents
Coordinating regulatory inspections, creating and providing necessary materials to facilitate them
What you'll need
Top academic credentials from a leading university and STEM degree
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services or management consulting
Experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations
A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones
Natural curiosity and a willingness to make an impact
Nice to have
Experience working with regulators
Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R
