How will you make an impact?
* Manage a broad variety of administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, and other office management functions.
* Monitor and process invoices (collection, verification, recording, transmission, etc.).
* Optimize invoice flows to facilitate invoice management.
* Place orders and handle related administrative tasks (archiving, follow-up, etc.).
* Enter and update supplier prices and conditions in SAP, check data, update tracking files and prices.
* Monitor supplier compliance, send reminders, and generate reports.
* Coordinate and prepare reports on CAPEX & OPEX with the Finance department.
* Execute and document internal controls and support external and internal audits.
What will make you successful?
* Several years of experience in a similar position, with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and environments. Experience in a fast-paced and/or high-growth environment is a plus.
* Fast and quick thinker with good analytical skills, comfortable working cross-functionally.
* Excellent knowledge and experience using SAP, Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
* Highly developed communication skills, bilingual in English and French, both verbal and written.
* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously on short notice.
* Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
* Open, highly collaborative, flexible, proactive, and positive personality.
