In our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the robustness and reliability of HPLC methods for biologics. 1. Execute HPLC method validation experiments for antibodies, proteins and peptides using various separation techniques (e.g. SEC, IEX, RP, peptide mapping)
2. Collaborate closely with scientists and reviewers throughout validation studies
3. Accurately document and evaluate raw data in compliance with GMP and internal standards
4. Support the preparation, review and verification of validation reports and related documentation
5. Provide hands-on support to the routine HPLC lab during peak workload or staff shortages
6. Organize, perform and monitor maintenance and qualification activities for analytical instruments
Your Profile
7. Completed laboratory training with at least 10 years of professional experience
8. Strong expertise in HPLC/UPLC analysis and troubleshooting
9. Proven experience in method validation within a GMP-regulated environment
10. Experience contributing to or reviewing validation reports
11. A reliable, detail-oriented and structured working style
12. Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
13. Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of lab activities
14. Good command of both English and German (spoken and written)
