Responsibilities
Deployment Coordination
* Act as the bridge between IT and OT to prepare and run smooth deployments.
* Coordinate IT tasks (network, cybersecurity, servers, databases, AD) with regional/local teams.
* Verify prerequisites before go-live (IPs, firewall rules, backups, licenses).
Readiness & Cutover
* Support cutover planning and execution with Project Managers and Experts.
* Align IT resources, schedules, and change windows.
* Handle escalations and drive GO/NO-GO preparation.
Transition to Operations
* Ensure updated documentation, runbooks, and ITSM routing.
* Confirm monitoring dashboards are set up.
* Facilitate smooth handover to Operations & Support.
Management of IT for OT coordinators in the other regions (RAP & RAM)
* Manage, guide and coordinate IT for OT Coordinators in RAP and RAM.
* Harmonize working methods and deployment processes across regions.
Requirements
* Degree in IT, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
* Strong experience in IT/OT integration, industrial deployments, and coordination with cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with ITSM practices
* Strong knowledge of IT/OT architectures and industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Ethernet/IP)
* Skills in troubleshooting across network/security/platform layers
* Readiness to travel up to 40%
