How you make a difference
* You develop and implement the HR strategy, which underpins our corporate goals in a targeted manner and actively supports the ongoing transformation.
* You lead a committed HR team and promote its professional and personal development.
* You ensure compliance with employment law regulations and internal guidelines and are responsible for the entire employee life cycle.
* You are responsible for merging and professionalizing existing and new HR processes.
* As a management sparring partner, you advise on complex issues relating to employment law, organization and strategy.
* You actively support cultural merging, reinforce a positive corporate culture and promote employee loyalty.
* You create a sound basis for decision-making for the Executive Board by reporting on and analysing employee key figures.
* You are the link to Swiss Post HR and ensure that Swiss Post's HR is firmly embedded in the subsidiary.
What you have to offer
* You have a degree in psychology, HR or business administration with a focus on HR – ideally supplemented by advanced training in change management or organizational development.
* You have several years of HR experience in a comparable position or as an HR business partner in a complex and dynamic environment.
* You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss employment law and a robust understanding of modern HR processes.
* You have impressive strategic thinking and analytical skills, as well as a strong focus on implementation in day-to-day operations.
* You set yourself apart through your independent, proactive and pragmatic approach to work and view change as an opportunity.
* You are highly capable in a wide variety of contexts thanks to your strong communication skills, empathy and intercultural competency.
* You have a very good command of German, English and French.
* You are flexible and enjoy travelling, as our locations are in Sierre, Renens and Baldegg.
