Job Summary Join us as a Fragrance Development Manager in our Home Strategic Segment Unit and become a pivotal force in fragrance innovation for laundry products. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape category strategy, expertise, and fundamental capabilities. Work closely with category leader, perfumers, strategic marketing and CI partners to develop transformative fragrance prototypes aligned with segment innovation strategies and contribute to the development of cutting‑edge technology collections.
Key Responsibilities Spearhead the development of fragrance prototypes, supporting proof of concepts for innovation projects, in line with segment strategy; contribute to cutting‑edge innovation‑based collections.
Collaborate closely with CI to integrate consumer insights into high‑value, distinctive innovation‑driven fragrance solutions.
Facilitate the deployment of innovation throughout the organization and provide guidance to the fragrance development community on category‑specific technologies and fragrance design innovations.
Contribute to the global expertise of the category and the development of olfactive tools.

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in fragrance development. Laundry expertise and technical background is a plus.
Track record of success in developing market fragrance solutions; utilisation of technologies is a plus.
Proficient in data‑driven approaches, adept at translating consumer insights into creative solutions.
Broad international olfactive knowledge of the laundry market and consumer preferences.
Collaborative team player, adaptable in a matrix organization.
Fluent in English.
