We are searching for an experienced account manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients and responsible for their support, development, and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
* Taking full 360-degree responsibility for your clients and handling sales tasks for both existing and new customers
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue
* Managing the entire sales process through to successful closing
* Representing the company at customer events and industry-specific occasions
You will work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
