Your Role And Responsibilities
As an HR Services Professional: Global Delivery Process Lead, you will be responsible for the leadership of a designated process/service line, focusing on process coordination and development. You will play a key role in ensuring continuous improvement and optimizing performance against Service Level Agreements. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Process Development and Coordination: Develop and implement process improvements, utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and optimize performance against Service Level Agreements.
Project and Portfolio Management: Manage projects and portfolios across a workstream/process area, ensuring effective delivery and meeting business objectives.
Compliance and Risk Management: Collaborate with clients and delivery centers to ensure compliance with business controls, internal controls, and separation of duties, and develop Business Continuity Plans that meet workstream/process area requirements.
Leadership and Expertise Development: Develop leadership expertise and SME knowledge in your service line, providing guidance and support to team members.
