You understand the consultancy world — because you’ve been in it — and you can translate digital jargon into boardroom strategy. Whether it’s B2B or B2C, you know how to identify business challenges and shape digital solutions that make a real impact. You’re not just a seller — you’re a trusted advisor, capable of guiding clients through transformation journeys that touch every part of their business. /ppYou’ll be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and driving strategic conversations across different industries, playing a key role in scaling Valtech’s presence across the region. Backed by the OneValtech regional delivery model, you’ll collaborate with teams of strategists, creatives, technologists and data specialists to deliver full-service digital solutions that matter. /ph3Role Responsibilities: /h3ulliRepresent Valtech as a go-to-market leader and consultative sales partner in Germany and / or Switzerland /liliExecute a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring net new clients across key sectors /liliManage the full end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution design, pitch, and closure /liliLeverage existing local networks and contacts to forge key new business relationships /liliDrive a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound leads, partner referrals, and your own network /liliLead RFP responses and pitch teams with a strong focus on value-based selling and consultative engagement /liliCollaborate with the regional marketing and demand generation team to support lead generation activities and campaigns /liliWork closely with Valtech’s strategic technology, martech and data partners /liliAccurately manage forecasting and pipeline using Salesforce CRM /liliStay up to date with Valtech case studies, capabilities, and the evolving digital services landscape /liliActively participate in networking events, industry forums and partner activations across the region /li /ulpbMust Have Experience/Qualifications: /b /pulliProven experience in business development/sales within a digital agency or consulting environment /liliExperience selling complex multi-year engagements across digital experience, strategy, data and technology implementation /liliExisting network in Germany or Switzerland is a plus, ideally including enterprise decision-makers and C-level contacts /liliConfident managing consultative sales conversations and delivering compelling business cases /liliComfortable owning and delivering on multi-million revenue targets /liliPersonal drive to get things done right and fast, with the ability to adapt to change with urgency /liliExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally /liliAbility to influence and engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams /liliFluent in German and English /li /ulpbCommitment to reaching all kinds of people /b /ppWe design experiences that work for all kinds of people - and that starts with our own teams.
