IT Security ArchitectAs a Senior IT Security Architect, you will be part of the IT Security Architecture & Operations team, driving the alignment of business objectives with robust security strategies. You will play a key role in defining enterprise security standards, shaping architectural direction, and ensuring systems are resilient against an evolving threat landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide IT security architecture standards, frameworks, and guidelinesTranslate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutionsDesign and review applications, systems, and infrastructure to ensure they meet security best practicesApply modern security principles, including:Zero Trust ArchitectureDefense in DepthAutomated Detection and ResponseConduct security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and threat modellingEnsure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standardsProvide expert guidance to stakeholders on security architecture decisions and technology directionRequirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related fieldMaster’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT Architecture, or similar specialization (preferred)Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior IT security, architecture, or related roleStrong experience in:Security architecture design and governanceRisk assessment and threat modellingSecurity frameworks such as NIST CSFIndustry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent are a plusSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and structured problem‑solving capabilitiesAbility to operate at both strategic and technical levelsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCollaborative mindset with strong teamwork abilitiesProven leadership presence and ability to influence decision‑makingLanguagesEnglish – requiredItalian – highly desirableGerman – an advantage
