🧭 What you'll do
* Support the PIC across all phases of flight, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant international operations on the Global Express.
* Lead performance calculations, fuel and payload planning, and FMS setup; monitor aircraft systems and optimize flight profiles.
* Deliver discreet, anticipatory service to high-profile clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
* Collaborate with dispatch, handlers, and ground teams to coordinate slots, permits, catering, and special requests.
* Own key administrative tasks that enhance aircraft operations: pre/post‑flight paperwork, tech log and W&B accuracy, expense reconciliation, trip file integrity, and timely SMS/ASR reporting.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by refining checklists, updating crew manuals, and supporting inventory and cabin stock control.
* Uphold all EASA requirements, company SOPs, and safety standards while practicing exemplary CRM and threat/error management.

* Good knowledge of business aviation operations, including on‑demand, owner, and charter dynamics.
* Proven administrative skills that measurably enhance aircraft operations (e.g., reducing turnaround times, improving documentation accuracy, optimizing trip workflows, or strengthening safety reporting).
* Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and cabin awareness for a seamless client experience.
* Effective CRM, sound decision‑making, and the ability to perform under time pressure across diverse international environments.
* Readiness to complete a full pre‑employment assessment in line with the latest EASA regulation.
* Eligibility to work and travel on a Swiss or EU passport; visa sponsorship is not provided.
🌟 Minimum qualifications
* Total time: 1,500 hours
* In type (Global Express): 500 hours
* Type rating: Required on Global Express
* License required: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
* Accepted licenses: EASA
* Medical: Class 1
* ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
