 
        
        For a client in the technology industry, we are seeking a candidate for the position of enior Sales Representative / Business Development.
Responsibilities
 * Sales & Business Development
 * Acquire and grow clients among grocery chains, bakery networks, and distributors
 * Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
 * Maintain relationships with buyers, owners, directors, operations and IT managers
 * Business Needs & Data Analysis
 * Gather customer requirements and assess sales data, product data, and process gaps
 * Map business processes and identify improvement areas
 * Implementation Coordination
 * Work closely with the IT and project team during deployment
 * Lead workshops, support testing, training, and go-live coordination
 * Sales Team Supervision (future option)
 * Support current salesperson and prepare for future team expansion
 * Sales Process Optimization
 * Improve prospecting, offer preparation, and after-sales processes
 * Track performance and recommend improvements
 * Market Monitoring & Representation
 * Track FMCG retail trends and competitors
 * Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
Requirements
 * Proven B2B sales experience in FMCG/retail, working with grocery or bakery chains
 * Strong contact network in the Polish retail sector
 * Ability to open new accounts and close large deals
 * Fluent in retail/financial terminology (SKU, Gross Margin, Turnover, Cash Flow, etc.)
 * Analytical and process-oriented – able to assess data and map workflows
 * Experience in IT/software solution implementation
 * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
 * Understanding of retail / bakery operations
 * English B2/C1
 * Driving license (B), own car, readiness to travel
