Responsibilities
* Garantise the regular operation of the daily activities of our store and assist customers in painting, plastering, building protection and architecture.
* Be responsible for consulting, taking orders, mixing colors and delivering products.
* Control relevant indicators, influencing the development of client base in the medium‑ and long‑term in the region.
* Organise and carry out inventories, ensuring optimal warehouse management.
* Be prepared to assume the store manager role after 3‑5 years of employment.
* Carry out sales consulting duties and contribute to revenue growth.
* Deliver products to customers by sprinter and conduct proactive sales.
Qualifications
* Regular ongoing training in technology, systems and sales.
* Support external collaborators linked to the store in preparing offers, consulting customers, visiting customers and other activities.
* Background as a painter or plasterer with ATC or other construction sector training.
* Customer orientation and entrepreneurial approach are obvious to you.
* Process‑oriented work is the norm and continuous improvement of processes is your passion.
* Enjoys direct customer contact and feels at ease in a dynamic environment.
* Experience in sales administration and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite; SAP knowledge advantageous.
* Native Italian speaker, German level B1; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
* Cat.B driving licence required.
