Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing company-related commercial disputes across various industries
* Analyze complex legal issues and support in providing guidance on mitigating legal risks for vendors, customers, and third parties
* Help develop strategies for handling disputes, collaborating with external counsel when needed, and ensuring timely resolution of ongoing cases
* Support all aspects of litigation, including drafting documents, preparing evidence, and assisting with court representation
Experience & Qualifications
* Proficiency in English and French (other languages is a plus)
* MLaw or Swiss Bar Admission is preferred
* Strong ability to work independently, think critically, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
