Responsibilities:
* Support teams with interpretation and application ofIFRS and GAAPstandards
* Review financial statements and ensure consistency with internal and external reporting requirements
* Assist in development and maintenance ofaccounting methodology guidelines
* Help prepare technical accounting memos and documentation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex accounting issues
* Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on reporting
Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
* 4+ years of experience in audit, financial reporting, or technical accounting;
* Solid knowledge ofIFRS and/or US GAAP;
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
* Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus;
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
* Experience in Big Four or international audit firms;
* ACCA/CPA/CA certification;
* Experience working with cross-border teams or international clients.
