About the role
H55 is seeking a Senior Software Verification Engineer for its product development of Electric Propulsion Systems and Modular Battery Packs.
Within a multidisciplinary team, you will lead testing activities to meet safety and reliability objectives. This senior role requires strong leadership skills. You will report directly to the Software Team Leader.
Main responsibilities:
* Lead automated, scalable verification strategies integrated with CI/CD pipelines, aligned with DO-178 objectives.
* Develop and execute reusable test cases and procedures, leveraging model-based design and automation.
* Set up and manage test environments, tools, and test benches for various testing levels.
* Perform analysis such as requirements coverage, structural coverage, and WCET evaluations.
* Contribute to tool qualification and automation of traceability, coverage, and verification reports.
* Build verification dashboards and track metrics to monitor quality and progress.
* Participate in life-cycle data reviews.
* Manage daily activities with verification suppliers.
Your profile:
* 7+ years of experience in safety-critical aerospace software verification, with a focus on DO-178C / DO-331 / DO-330.
* Proven expertise in requirement-based testing; experience in system verification is a plus.
* Hands-on experience with target-based verification environments, including Speedgoat and NI PXI platforms.
* Proficiency in Python and C for embedded development.
* Experience integrating verification tasks into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with MathWorks tools, including Simulink Test, Simulink Coverage, Polyspace.
* Experience with Rapita tools: RapiTest, RapiCover.
* Ability to develop and update software processes, plans, and standards aligned with certification requirements.
* Strong problem-solving skills, capable of delivering in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on automation and documentation.
* Fluent in English; French is a plus.
