Richemont Customer Service Junior Project Manager (12-month fixed-term contract)
Within an international and multi‑branded environment, Richemont Customer Service (RCS) mission is to: define and implement a global client service strategy; ensure a consistent, simple, straightforward and hassle‑free service journey to our clients; turn customer service into a competitive advantage; participate in the client data collection to enhance the Maisons’ data strategy; and organise and oversee the worldwide service network for all products (22 repair platforms worldwide, boutique workshops, and an external network).
* Create and implement procedures that standardise the customer service experience across all touchpoints.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives on repair platforms, focusing on lean principles, visual management, and optimised repair processes.
* Support the digitisation of activities to improve efficiency and client experience.
* Collaborate with internal and external repair networks to enhance service capabilities.
* Leverage new technologies to drive further efficiency.
* Manage stakeholder relationships across Richemont Maisons and RCS Regions to align projects with the global client service strategy.
* Provide data analysis and insights to inform project decisions and support effective implementation.
* Develop an understanding of the luxury industry and evolving customer‑service landscape.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in engineering, with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Excellent written and spoken English; French proficiency is an advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Proactive, dynamic, and initiative‑driven, enjoying business and technical challenges.
* Comfortable collaborating in a multicultural, matrixed environment and building strong stakeholder relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
