An EU passport is ideal for obtaining a work permit if you are applying outside Switzerland.Responsibilities:As a vital member of our clinical team, the Recovery Counsellor plays a central role in supporting clients throughout their treatment journey with empathy, structure, and discretion. This role combines direct client support with organisational and clinical responsibilities to ensure a seamless recovery experience.Your responsibilities include:Providing day-to-day motivational and emotional support to clientsUsing personal recovery experience (where applicable) to offer guidance and inspirationSupporting clients during breaks, leisure activities, and off-site excursionsPlanning and organising clients’ attendance at 12-step meetingsAccompanying and transporting clients to meetings in Zurich, Lucerne, or surrounding areasParticipating in clinical meetings and contributing to treatment planningCo-moderating and supporting group therapy sessionsAccurately documenting treatment-related activities in the clinical software systemCoordinating and supervising weekend, overnight, and on-call dutiesManaging client arrivals and departures, including pickups and drop-offs at airportsThis role requires strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a high level of integrity.
