To strengthen our team in Zug, we are looking for a Senior Trust Officer (80%%) with a hands-on mindset and a passion for service. Your Responsibilities Independently managing a portfolio of Trusts, Foundations and offshore companies Incorporation, administration and liquidation of various types of entities in various jurisdictions Handling on-boarding procedure (including full KYC of clients)- Drafting meeting minutes, resolutions, and report Maintain data and documentation Prepare and review client invoices Day-to-day correspondence with clients, lawyers and global partners Handling incoming mail and phone calls in a timely and professional manner Your Profile years of professional and relevant experience in a trust and fiduciary environment ideally STEP/TEP certification High IT affinity as well as very good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel) Knowledge in ViewPoint is an advantage Fluent in English and German (spoken/written); other languages are a plus Strong customer / service orientation and business orientated attitude Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented Proactive approach Knowledge in Project Management is an advantage We Offer A varied role in a global, dynamic environment Flat hierarchies and a collaborative culture Room for personal responsibility and growth Modern offices in central Zug Support for professional development Interested?
