Your key responsibilities:
* Support and assist internal and external customers with technical inquiries
* Provide on-site technical consulting in Suisse romande, France, and occasionally in other European regions
* Support customers with product launches, system settings, application trials, and quality assurance measures
* Promote and deliver IGP services
* Handle product complaints
* Participate in exhibitions, technical conferences, and training sessions
What you bring along:
* A qualified vocational background, ideally as a painter, coating technician, lab technician in coatings, or carpenter
* Several years of experience in surface technology
* Experience in handling technical complaints
* Good verbal and written skills in French and English; additional languages are a plus
* A communicative and team-oriented personality
* High willingness to travel (40-80%), company car provided - also for private use
