About Bloom
Bloom is a YC-backed startup making app creation as easy as talking into your phone. We're building the first mobile AI editor that empowers anyone to design, build, and launch full-stack apps directly from their device.
We're now entering a new growth phase and are looking for a Head of Growth & Operations — a hybrid operator who can lead our go-to-market strategy while scaling the systems and culture that support it.
You'll work closely with the CEO and lead a small but high-performing team across growth, partnerships, and operations.

Mission
Lead Bloom's growth engine across partnerships, monetization, and user acquisition — while ensuring the company runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
1. Growth (≈80%)
Own and execute Bloom's go-to-market and user growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Define the growth roadmap and channel strategy to meet ambitious revenue and user goals.
* Lead key partnerships with accelerators, communities, and creators.
* Collaborate with Product to improve conversion and monetization funnels.
* Build a data-driven growth model with clear metrics around acquisition and retention.
* Strengthen Bloom's brand through educational content, demos, and thought leadership.
* Manage and collaborate with the internal growth and creative team to deliver impactful campaigns.
* Be an independent contributor — closing partnerships, analyzing data, and driving initiatives hands-on.

2. Operations (≈20%)
Support Bloom's internal operations and ensure scalability as we grow.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with hiring workflows, onboarding, and people operations.
* Support customer success and help improve activation and retention.
* Contribute to process automation and internal reporting.
* Maintain operational alignment and help build a strong, high-performance culture.

Profile
You're a data-driven builder and operator at heart — someone who loves combining creative growth strategy with structured execution.
You might be a fit if you:
* Have 3+ years of experience across growth, partnerships, or product-led GTM.
* Are analytical and love using data to guide strategy.
* Excel at relationship-building and negotiation.
* Have experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
* Are highly autonomous, pragmatic, and motivated by ownership.
Bonus points:
* You've worked at a startup or built something yourself (ideally on Bloom)
* You've run a community or created content online
* You've touched Notion, Webflow, Figma, or Airtable and enjoyed it
* You are based in Zurich or willing to relocate, and speak (Swiss) German
