 
        
        Key Responsibilities of the Photonic Engineer R&D - Process :
 * Lead the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from design to implementation of customer-specific processes and modules.
 * Plan and coordinate project activities, mobilizing the necessary technical resources and expertise.
 * Deliver projects on time by applying rigorous problem-solving methodologies and developing solutions to mitigate risks and overcome challenges.
 * Anticipate and manage technical and operational risks, defining mitigation strategies to ensure reliable and robust delivery.
 * Collaborate closely with technology, operations, and quality assurance teams, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
 * Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Candidate Requirements - Photonic Engineer R&D - Process :
 * Master's or PhD in Physics, Photonics/Semiconductors, or a related field.
 * Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management within the semiconductor industry.
 * Expertise in photonic semiconductor fabrication processes (PIC - Photonic Integration on Chip).
 * Familiarity with materials such as SiN (Silicon Nitride) or LiNbO (Lithium Niobate).
 * Experience working in a Fab environment, including process integration.
 * Proven track record in managing complex technology development projects, from design to industrialization.
 * Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
