We build a strong cross-functional and inclusive community, put the power of data into the hands of our people, further develop the Lean and Digital skills across PT, and scale up our Digital and Advanced Analytics solutions, for the benefit of our colleagues and patients.### The OpportunityIn this role, you drive alignment of PT cyber resilience priorities with business needs, fostering collaboration across PT to safeguard critical manufacturing systems, data, internal and external interfaces, and processes.* By understanding PT business objectives, strategic orientation and cyber posturing as well as resilience imperatives, you will conceptualize, drive and implement these network level global initiatives that protect product integrity, regulatory compliance and patient safety.* Play a critical role in strengthening the overall cyber posture and operational resilience by anticipating and mitigating risks that could disrupt commercial production or compromise regulatory compliance/patient safety.* Embed cyber resilience considerations into core business activities, ensuring security is an integral part of business continuity and innovation.* Build and leverage a cross-functional and cross-geographic community, leading alignment across PT functions in a matrix setting with key stakeholders across technology, data, and systems.* Be accountable for the delivery of the cyber resilience portfolio, including all aspects of initiative shaping and representing business cases across PTx and RDT leadership teams.* Lead governance and oversight engagement across PTx, with focus areas including resource management, change management, vendor management, rollout planning, and status updates to core governance bodies.* Manage program execution from sprints for detailed design proposals up to benefit realization, ensuring the successful delivery and impact of cyber resilience initiatives.### Who you areWe are looking for a highly accomplished and self-motivated professional with extensive experience in Pharma Technical Operations, ready to drive complex cyber resilience programs and lead cultural change across a global network.* You hold a PhD, MSc, or equivalent in an appropriate scientific discipline, with an MBA highly preferred.* You have strong experience in Technical Operations of a global pharma company, supplemented by additional experience in related functions (e.g., Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Strategy, and Quality).* You possess in-depth and demonstrated knowledge of strategic priorities, GxP requirements, and risk management.* You are an efficient, output-focused individual with a demonstrated ability to prioritize amongst many deliverables, identify key issues, and distill complex topics for communication to a range of audiences, including senior leaders and Governance Committees.* You have a track record of successfully driving complex programs with cultural change to completion, managing entrepreneurial engagement activities, and demonstrating outstanding operational excellence skills (including program management, stakeholder management, and vendor management).## # Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
