As a Core Banking Product Owner and Requirements Engineer, you will be responsible, together with a dedicated and skilled team of other product owners, solution architects, and developers, for various modules of our Core Banking Suite. You will be tasked with defining requirements to implement the best fit for requested changes to support the future growth of our company and product landscape. To achieve this, you will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Staking, and Trading.
Responsibilities include:
1. Deriving and defining requirements based on high-level business needs in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
2. Engaging with and managing external stakeholders during the change request lifecycle.
3. Documenting functional and technical business requirements to ensure robustness and reliability of functionalities for our financial infrastructure.
4. Ensuring completeness of business documentation.
5. Defining and managing parameters for different releases and development environments.
6. Providing first and second level support for daily users of our core banking system and interfaces.
7. Working closely with internal IT development teams in Scrum to deliver new features and services.
8. Collaborating as a sparring partner with other Product Owners, Stakeholders, Developers, and Architects.
Qualifications:
* Experience with a Core Banking System (preferably TCS BaNCS) as a Business Analyst, Solution Engineer, or Product Owner.
* Deep knowledge of accounting is highly appreciated.
* Experience in the financial services industry is essential.
* Certifications in business analysis or requirements engineering, especially in regulatory and reporting areas, are a plus.
* A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively in challenging circumstances.
* An interest in crypto, with a self-driven, open-minded personality and strong analytical skills.
* Excellent English language skills.
