Connects countries, MSPs, vendors, investors and strategic initiatives, acting as a central hub for ecosystem development, market intelligence and cross-country alignment. Brings a strong understanding of the MSP business model and European market dynamics, driving sustainable growth through relationship building, market enablement and strategic collaboration rather than purely transactional sales. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /plipBuild and lead a strong communication framework across local European countries, bensuring alignment, knowledge sharing and execution of strategic MSP-related initiatives /b. /p /lilipbAct as a connector between local markets, MSPs, vendors, investors and internal stakeholders /b, enabling collaboration and joint growth opportunities. /p /lilipDevelop a bdeep understanding of the European MSP, IT and services market /b, including local market specifics, business models, trends, competitive landscape and investment dynamics. /p /lilipSupport and drive regional and local binitiatives that accelerate MSP ecosystem development /b, innovation and market penetration. /p /lilipOwn and nurture bstrategic relationships /b with MSPs, vendors, partners and investors, ensuring long-term value creation. /p /lilipFacilitate bcross-country initiatives, best practice sharing and go-to-market alignment /b across the European MSP ecosystem. /p /lilipbTranslate market and MSP insights into actionable recommendations /b for sales, marketing, vendor strategy and investment priorities. /p /lilipbCreate senior-level value propositions and narratives /b tailored to MSPs to support executive decision-making internally and externally. /p /lilipbRepresent the business /b in high-level forums, industry events and strategic discussions with key MSP and ecosystem players. /p /lilipCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Vendor Management and Leadership teams to ensure consistency, relevance and impact across MSP-focused initiatives. /p /lipbRequired Experience Skills /b /plipb10+ years of experience /b in the IT industry or adjacent ecosystems. /p /lilipbDirect experience working for, or closely with, an MSP is strongly preferred /b, with solid understanding of managed services business models, challenges and growth levers. /p /lilipbStrong background in business development /b, ecosystem management, strategy or market development within MSP, channel or services environments. /p /lilipProven experience bworking across multiple countries /b and cultures within Europe. /p /lilipDemonstrated ability to bbuild and maintain senior-level relationships with MSPs, vendors, partners and investors. /b /p /lilipStrong bunderstanding of market /b dynamics, trends and stakeholder needs at both local and regional level. /p /lilipExcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. /p /lilipAbility to connect strategic vision with practical execution across diverse MSP and partner environments. /p /lilipComfortable operating in complex, matrix and multinational organizations. /p /lilipBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. /p /lipbIdeal Candidate: /b You are a natural connector with hands-on experience in, or deep exposure to, the MSP world. You understand how MSPs operate, scale and make decisions, and you can translate that understanding into meaningful ecosystem initiatives. You thrive at the intersection of communication, strategy and relationship building, navigate complexity with ease, and align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
