As a seasoned retail leader, you will oversee the operations of our stores and manage a team of professionals to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in Perfume & Cosmetics.
* Fluency in German and English.
* Proven leadership experience and skills, with the ability to build, lead, and inspire effective teams.
* A true service mindset and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Good understanding of travel retail concepts and solid knowledge of the retail business environment.
* High ethical standards and a strong sense of integrity.
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
* Proficiency in basic software applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Working Conditions
You will work in a dynamic travel retail environment, with early shifts starting at 5:00 AM and late shifts ending at 11:30 PM.
