We are looking for a new colleague tocomplement our diverse team of product managers for our Fire Control Panel Portfolio at Siemens Building Products.

Your newresponsibilities - Active management of our fire control panelslife cycle including responsibility for market-derived pricing,profitability, demand planning and roadmap creation inconsideration of European norms and regulations - Initiate actionsto continuously improve portfolio metrics to strengthen our marketposition - Plan and conduct market launch as well as phase-outs inclose collaboration with our sales colleagues in our focuscountries - Analyze markets, competitors and technology trends andincorporate the findings into proposals to upper management -Define, prioritize and validate requirements for productenhancements together with our R&D and product managementcolleagues and customers - Monitor the business figures andactively handle deviations to achieve the product performance andgrowth; e.g.
sales, profitability, availability, quality -Coordinate activities with external partners and manufacturerstogether with colleagues from purchasing - Be the guide regardingour competition, customers, and the overall market.
Optimize yourportfolio accordingly and gather emerging opportunities around yourproduct Your Talents and Experience - University degree or highereducation in engineering, business engineering or equivalentqualification - Ideally 5 years of product management experience,preferably within a B2 B environment, or technical project managerwith a solid track record - Experience within the Fire Safetyindustry or related building management systems / services - Solidunderstanding of business economics and/or financials paired withlong-term strategic attitude - Experience in lean/agile development(e.g.
SAFe) is a plus - Resilient in challenging situations, with astructured and analytical approach to problem-solving - Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, team-player and able tobuild trust with internal and external partners - Business fluentin English.
