Core Responsibilities
Guidare l’implementazione di soluzioni AI enterprise-ready su Azure AI Studio + Cognitive Search + Power Platform;
Progettare architetture RAG con document intelligence, embedding pipelines, vector search e orchestrazione su Azure;
Costruire flussi M365 + AI (Power Automate, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Business Central);
Connettere LLM a sistemi reali (ERP, DMS, CRM, API interne, DB);
Condurre workshop tecnici e business, definire use case, stimare effort e generare business case concreti;
Portare in produzione automazioni AI robuste: monitoring, logging, governance, security;
Diventare il riferimento tecnico per i clienti che vogliono fare davvero AI (industria, servizi, legale, finance);
Formare e guidare un team di AI engineers e automation specialists.
Job Requirements - Must Have
AI Engineering;
Azure AI Studio (prompt flow, deployments, evaluation) e Azure OpenAI (GPT, embeddings, assistants);
Cognitive Search / Vector Store / RAG patterns;
Prompt engineering & LLM chaining;
Document Intelligence (OCR/ICR, indexing, classifiers);
Cloud & Integration;
Azure Functions / Logic Apps;
API integration (REST/JSON), webhooks, service connectors;
DevOps pipelines (GitHub o Azure DevOps);
Microsoft 365 & Power Platform;
Power Automate (cloud flows & AI actions);
Power Apps / Dataverse;
SharePoint/Teams/Outlook integration;
Custom connectors.
Job Requirements - Nice to Have
Python o C# per orchestrazioni LLM;
Maturità su cybersecurity e governance AI;
Esperienza con clienti enterprise o PMI nel settore dei servizi professionali.
