DevOps Engineer (Operational/CRM Focus)
About The Role
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with a strong operational mindset to join our CRM-related team. This position has a higher focus on operational run and incident management, combined with development responsibilities in Angular and PL/SQL. The role requires someone motivated by both technical troubleshooting and stakeholder communication, not just pure coding.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and enhance Java-based applications (Java 13, Spring, Spring Boot).
* Manage operational aspects: incident investigation, root cause analysis, and Level 3 support.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
* Work with front-end technologies (Angular, ideally AngularJS for legacy components).
* Write and optimize PL/SQL and Oracle stored procedures.
* Maintain strong focus on application security and operational reliability.
* Collaborate with team members and architects on CRM-sensitive applications.
Requirements
* Solid experience with Java (13 or later), Spring, and Spring Boot.
* Strong motivation for operational run tasks, stakeholder communication, and incident handling.
* Knowledge of Angular (modern) and ideally AngularJS.
* Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle stored procedures.
* Awareness of application security and secure development practices.
* Cloud knowledge (AWS preferred) is a plus.
* Kubernetes familiarity is an advantage.
* Strong problem-solving skills and resilience under operational pressure.
