Founded in 2001, GOLDBECK RHOMBERG has continuously developed to become a leading market player. We operate as a general and total contractor (GC/TC) in industrial and commercial construction in Austria, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein.
As part of new projects in the regions of Bern, Basel, and French-speaking Switzerland, we wish to strengthen our team by recruiting a Site Manager.
Your responsibilities
• You are responsible for the continuous monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality, and quantities• You manage construction sites for building projects (total/general contracting)• You participate in tendering and awarding contracts to subcontractors• You coordinate all stakeholders and subcontracting companies• In collaboration with the project management, you independently take charge of certain parts of the projects
Your profile
• Ideally, you have 3 years of experience in the construction sector, particularly in GC/TC projects• You hold a degree in civil engineering, construction management (ES/HF), or an equivalent qualification• You are proficient in French and German, both spoken and written• You demonstrate a strong customer service orientation, great autonomy, and a structured working method, combined with good assertiveness• You are willing to travel to our construction sites in Switzerland
