The community of Lumnezia seeks a new team member for the municipal building office. This role offers a dynamic work environment with supportive colleagues.


Tasks

* Handle administrative tasks and support project reviews.
* Coordinate with external offices and manage data entry.
* Assist in digitalizing processes and participate in meetings.


Skills

* Completed training in construction or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of construction and planning law.
* Proficient in German with understanding of Romanisch preferred.

The municipality of Lumnezia is looking to support and complement the current team with a Clerk for the Municipal Building Department.


Responsibilities

* Handle administrative tasks.
* Secretarial and administrative work such as scheduling, mail processing, and telephone service.
* Support the building department management with administrative tasks and meetings.
* Assist in the review of building applications, receive objections and coordinate them, as well as provide decisions.
* Data entry and maintenance in Web‑GIS, GWR, eBau and their additional applications.
* Coordinate with external authorities, partners, and the public.
* Support tasks of the building police.
* Participate actively in the digitization of general work processes in construction.
* Participate in inspections and meetings.


Requirements

* Completed training in the construction sector or equivalent education.
* Good knowledge of building and planning law.
* Ability to read and interpret plans and technical construction documentation.
* Independent and precise working style.
* Sense of responsibility.
* Confident demeanor towards authorities, offices, clients, and project authors.
* Commitment, initiative, resilience.
* Willingness to continue education and take on responsibility.
* Proficiency in spoken and written German; knowledge of Romansh is an advantage.
* Proficiency in handling IT applications.
