We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER talent to join our specialized PMO team for the SUPPLY CHAIN IT department in MEXICO.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will have an impact by:
* Establishing lean/agile leadership, supporting the Product Owner, and promoting quality practices; skilled at Scrum practices of estimation and prioritization using agile techniques.
* Guiding and coaching team members on agile practices & providing developmental feedback using a servant leadership style and leading by example.
* Fostering an environment of mutual respect, cooperation, transparency, and autonomy; facilitating work without coercion, assigning, or dictating tasks.
* Driving adoption of agile, reducing the gap between theory and practice; promoting continuous improvement.
* Establishing key metrics and monitoring agile metrics that impact value delivery and indicate potential issues; ensuring all solution documentation is complete (Definition of Done).
* Communicating team progress and goals using program boards, burn-up, burn-down, or other methods.
* Supporting team norms and rules, protecting the team from outside interference, and removing impediments or finding personnel to do so.
* Maintaining strong relationships to deliver business value using relevant Business Relationship Management practices.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a similar certification is preferred.
* Business insight, applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance organizational goals.
* Agile Systems Thinking, embracing a holistic approach to analysis focusing on how parts interrelate and systems work over time within larger contexts to ensure economic success.
* Project Management skills, establishing and maintaining scope, schedule, and resources for temporary efforts, ensuring maximum impact.
* Conflict management skills, handling conflicts effectively with minimal disruption.
* SAFe SPC certification is preferred.
* Advanced English proficiency for effective stakeholder communication.
