* Organize and host 100 annual Manufacture visits for clients, press, and partners.
* Coordinate logistics, agenda, training, and brand content to enhance the visitor experience.
* Support boutique / museum updates and provide quarterly visitor satisfaction reporting.
International Events & Cross-Functional Support
* Manage logistics and agendas for global trade shows (e.g., Watches & Wonders, Dubai Watch Week), coordinating 300 meetings annually.
* Support novelties ordering and post-event reporting.
* Collaborate across Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy and commercial alignment.
* Assist with ERP / CRM integration, pricing updates, and cross-departmental reporting.
Profile Summary
Experience : 3–5 years in sales coordination, event support, or admin roles, ideally in luxury, watchmaking, or consumer goods.
Skills :
* Strong knowledge of CRM / ERP systems (Pepperi, Proconcept) and e-commerce tools (Shopify, WordPress).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
* Fluent in English and French; other languages a plus.
* Skilled in working with international, multicultural teams.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
