To support our CRM team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for an
INTERN CRM (%)

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.
Reporting & Analysis:
1. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on the ROI of CRM activations, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
2. Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer engagement and conversion.
Event Support:
3. Assist in the planning and execution of events focused on data capture and lead conversion.
4. Analyze event data to measure the effectiveness of data capture and lead generation strategies.
Data Management & Integrity:
5. Monitor and follow-up on database ticket creation to enhance the sanity and accuracy of our customer database.
6. Collaborate with the data team to identify and resolve data quality issues.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of data cleansing and enrichment processes.
CRM Project Support:
8. Provide support for Richemont CRM projects, including our clienteling app and digital catalogue initiatives.
9. Assist with user testing, documentation, and training related to new CRM features and functionalities.
10. Contribute to the development of communication materials to promote CRM adoption and engagement.
Training & Evangelisation:
11. Evangelize and train local markets and HQ teams on new CRM systems and best practices.
12. Maintain and update the training structure, shared spaces, and documentation to ensure resources are current and accessible.
13. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to promote effective use of CRM tools and strategies
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.
14. University degree in Business, Economics
15. Hands-on personality that is used to work independently, very organized and has a strong attention for details
16. First practical experience in the field of marketing activation. Knowledge of CRM and digital tools is required (Salesforce and Google Analytics are a plus)
17. Business fluent English skills are required, German or French is a plus
