Your tasks Ensure the daily supervision of services and continuity of operations Guarantee quality, safety and compliance with service standards Manage and lead teams with hands-on leadership Coordinate front, back and administrative activities according to priorities Be the escalation point in case of incidents (operational, VIP, security) Deploy and ensure compliance with procedures, SOPs, SLAs and KPIs Collaborate closely with the Facilities Supervisor and escalate complex issues
What defines you.
Your profile 7 to 10 years of experience in a supervisory, lead role or within a multinational environment Strong experience in team management and operational control Excellent ability to manage priorities, arbitrate and make decisions Strong culture of quality, process and continuous improvement Comfortable with service standards, performance indicators and procedures Natural leadership, service mindset and good interpersonal skills If needed, you can send your application to: stephanie.augustin@equans.com
