What You'll Do
* Provide onsite deskside support to users, ensuring seamless operations.
* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devices.
* Support and configure network printers, scanners, and mobile computing platforms.
* Resolve connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN) and assist with access to corporate resources.
* Deliver VIP support for senior executives and business-critical devices.
* Install, upgrade, and deploy Windows 7/10 in enterprise environments.
What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years of experience in End User Computing / Deskside Support.
* Strong knowledge of imaging tools (Ghost, MDT) and backup/recovery tools (USMT).
* Hands-on experience in Windows 7/10 deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Solid skills in hardware/software setup, network connectivity, and mobile computing.
* Excellent communication skills to support both technical and non-technical users.
