Responsibilites:
* Deliver first- and second-level IT support via phone, email, and remote access
* Assist with the setup, configuration, and upkeep of laptops, peripherals, meeting room technology, and mobile devices
* Provide guidance to colleagues on IT-related inquiries and troubleshooting steps
* Escalate advanced technical issues to senior team members or external service providers
* Contribute to IT-related projects under the supervision of the IT Operations Manager
* Perform administrative IT tasks, such as user access management
* Maintain and update internal IT documentation
* Coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary
* Gain hands-on experience in asset management, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
* 1-2 years of experience in IT support (including internships or personal projects)
* Eagerness to develop technical skills and grow in a professional IT setting
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication skills, even in high-pressure situations
* Fluent in German and English
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is an advantage
* Knowledge of ITIL framework is beneficial but not required
