Customer Service Engineer Level II based on prior experience. /li liInstall, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision. /li liDeliver timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. /li liManage financial performance within territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management. /li liManage company assets including company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc. /li liEstablish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, and perform necessary administrative duties accurately. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liKnowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision. /li liAbility and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, and perform necessary administrative duties accurately. /li liExperience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment. /li liStrong customer service and communication skills. /li liProficient in the use of tools and service test equipment. /li liGeneral understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liMinimum high school diploma; technical Associate’s Degree or equivalent preferred. /li liProficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, able to work both individually and in an established team setting. /li liProficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools). /li li3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments. /li liValid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required. /li liPhysical Requirements: lifting 50 lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high-reach, fine grasp manipulation, good vision, and ability to work alone. /li liExcellent judgment in customer relations and management of company resources; strong competency in instrument systems technology to include mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology; experience with electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. /li /ul h3Base Pay Range /h3 p$64,060 - $88,088 /p h3Benefits /h3 pMedical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time. /p pPosition must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.
