Your profile:
1. A bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering with a focus on business economics or a comparable technical or economic field of study, and/or a technical apprenticeship and additional training
2. A minimum of 6 years of extensive experience in managing a product portfolio in the field of valves (is essential for this position)
3. Strong ability to translate customer needs into solutions and understand the impact of technologies, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
4. Pro-active nature who likes to take the initiative and ownership
5. Used to working across teams and departments with the ability to structure and coordinate different stakeholders
6. English and German language skills must be at a high professional level
7. Willingness to travel worldwide up to 15% of the time
