The
Senior Project Manager
is responsible for leading and delivering complex, high-impact projects that align with the organization's strategic goals. Acting as both a strategic driver and hands-on leader, this role ensures that initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined quality standards. The Senior Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle—from initial scoping and planning to execution, monitoring, and successful delivery—while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include defining project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria; developing comprehensive project plans; and managing resources, risks, and budgets. The Senior Project Manager coordinates all stakeholders, maintains transparent communication, and ensures alignment between technical, operational, and business priorities. They monitor project performance through key metrics, report progress to leadership, and proactively identify and address issues that could impact timelines or outcomes. Beyond project delivery, the Senior Project Manager contributes to improving project management frameworks, mentoring junior team members, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
 * 7–10 years of proven experience managing large-scale or cross-functional projects, ideally in complex or international environments.
 * Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
 * Demonstrated success in managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
 * Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
 * Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
 * Proven ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure accountability.
 * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a results-driven attitude.
