Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements such as sale and purchase contracts, charter party documentation, trade finance instruments, memoranda of understanding, and non-disclosure agreements.You will monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the energy and commodities sector, including international sanctions regimes, and contribute to the maintenance and updating of internal policies. The role also involves supporting KYC and onboarding procedures, assisting with compliance-related reviews, and participating in the handling of operational disputes relating to quality, quantity, demurrage, and insurance claims.
