You’ll partner with leaders and teams to drive safety excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver meaningful environmental impact in a dynamic, field-based environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead and continuously improve EHS programs across multiple sites
* Ensure compliance with local legislation and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
* Identify risks, conduct assessments, and implement preventive measures
* Drive incident investigations and identify root causes
* Function as a trusted advisor to leadership and operational teams
* Develop and deliver training and awareness programs
* Lead audits, inspections, and interactions with authorities
* Promote a strong safety-first and sustainability mindset
* Monitor KPIs and present insights to senior stakeholders
What we look for
* Relevant EHS qualification - Safety Specialist (ASGS/STPS)
* Previous EHS experience in field-based environments
* Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
* Experience in industrial, construction, or technical environments
* Fluent in English plus German or French
* Driving licence and willingness to travel in Switzerland
