Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess opportunities and validate initial value hypotheses.
* Translate strategic opportunity briefs into clear product definitions; evaluate strategic fit and commercial potential.
* Build robust business cases, including revenue forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and pricing frameworks.
* Develop stage-gate, evidence-based viability packs to enable informed, data-driven decisions.
* Represent the customer voice throughout early-stage innovation and concept development.
* Collect and validate feedback, adoption drivers, and potential barriers to adoption.
* Engage internal and external stakeholders to confirm product–market fit and long-term value.
* Collaborate with marketing to define launch strategies and develop marketing and sales enablement materials.
Your profile
* Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree is a plus).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in innovation, product development, or consulting; experience in pharma or medical devices strongly preferred.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
* Strong analytical skills; experience with DCF and NPV financial modeling is a plus.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
* Resilient and effective in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
