Your responsibilities In this position, you will be involved in all initiatives of FOREUM, with tasks including but not limited to :
General FOREUM correspondence with FOREUM members and applicants and secretariat support: preparing documentation, databases and archives.
Handling administrative aspects related to the projects: launch of calls, scoring and selection process, contracts, monitoring of funded projects — reports — and payments, and analysis of funded projects including co-applicants and patient representatives.
Preparation and (logistical) support (inter)national meetings / events and conferences with boards and committees, donors, and other stakeholders (including travel and accommodation arrangements, presentations, and reports, process of expense claims / reconciliation and invoices).
General FOREUM Communication: Social media - website, LinkedIn, newsletter, brochure
Collaborating closely with related EULAR departments: Research- Event-, Communication- and Abstract- Team
Your profile Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in a relevant field is of advantage
Experience, preferably in a comparable non-profit or scientific organisation
Experience in creating, managing or visualising data.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High level of integrity, responsibility, and team-player.
Proficiency in common IT systems and tools (MS Office, Confluence).
Availability to travel national and internationally.
Interest in working in a multicultural, diverse environment together with the staff of EULAR
