The main missions will be:- Ensure the daily management of general and analytical accounting for all Swiss companies- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the reliability of accounting data- Prepare the necessary elements for monthly and annual closings, up to the balance sheet, in connection with the external fiduciary and in compliance with Swiss regulations- Transmit the variable payroll elements to the fiduciary and ensure the associated follow-up- Be a key contact for internal and external partners (fiduciary, banks, auditors) for current accounting topics- Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes and tools in an evolving environmentProfile sought:- Degree in accounting or equivalent, with proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an environment- Ability to manage a complete accounting up to the balance sheet, including an analytical dimension- Flexible, approachable personality with a good and positive attitude- Sense of priorities, solution-oriented rather than theoretical- Willingness to settle sustainably in a role within a human-sized group- Excellent command of French and a professional level of English (B2 preferred)Available ASAP will be prioritized.
