Your Responsibilities
* You manage technical change requests from initiation to full implementation in production, ensuring compliance with global processes
* You coordinate with all impacted departments, act as key contact for modification matters, and lead technical validation meetings
* You update and integrate data into ERP and related tools, while ensuring quality, traceability, and reporting on progress
* You plan and introduce modifications into production, oversee rework, stock optimization, destruction processes, and system requirements
* You provide impact analyses and recommendations to support decision‑making (including “Make or Buy”), cost reduction, and standardization initiatives
* You contribute to prototype engine development, BOM/component management strategies, and continuous improvement
* You apply workplace safety, health, environmental, and quality standards
Your Profile
* You hold a technical background as technician, production engineer or similar
* You have relevant experience in a similar industrial role; knowledge of combustion engines is a plus
* You have strong experience with ERP systems and PLM; familiarity with Windchill is considered a plus
* You are familiar with project management tools and methodologies
* You work effectively in a team, communicate with ease, and apply a structured, analytical approach
* You handle stress and pressure, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement
* You are fluent in English and French
