About This Role
Supporting the Director of Retail Operations;
Developing strategic plans for sales, marketing, and revenue within the assigned region;
Managing personnel and operational needs of multiple stores;
Overseeing monthly plans for the region;
Participating in the recruitment process;
Contributing to and ensuring the achievement of operational objectives;
Ensuring store goals are met;
Exploring and proposing new business opportunities;
Participating in various projects.
