Job Description
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Endur ETRM system, providing hands‑on support, analysis, and operational stability across the trading technology landscape.
The role ensures timely issue resolution, reliable End-of-Day (EoD) execution, and high‑quality user support for Front Office, Product Control, Risk, and Operations teams — contributing directly to efficient and controlled trading activities.
* Investigate and resolve L1 / L2 incidents and service requests
* Provide on‑site support to Front Office, Product Control, and other stakeholders
* Analyse and troubleshoot complex ETRM‑related issues
* Recommend and implement approved fixes or workarounds
* Collaborate with developers and project teams on sustainable solutions delivered as L3 or project work.
* Maintain documentation for end users
* Identify and propose performance and stability improvements
* Participate in testing, release validation, and post‑implementation support
Qualifications
* 2–5 years experience supporting ETRM systems (Endur expertise required)
* Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes (Front to Back)
* Hands‑on experience with Endur configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting
* Basic familiarity with SQL, OpenJVS scripting, or other Endur integration tools is an advantage
* Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
