The Hospital of Lavaux is a private organization recognized for public interest, a member of the Vaud Hospitals. At the Hospital of Lavaux, our small medical team consists, among others, of six assistant doctors covering six months to a year. Aware of our role in training the caregivers of tomorrow, we actively collaborate with local nursing schools and welcome around twenty nursing students each year, as well as trainees in APS, ASSC, and occupational therapy. The Hospital of Lavaux is a modern and specialized regional hub, particularly in medicine and care, offering high-quality local care in service of the community. As part of the development of our institution and the commissioning of our new hospital (spring 2023), we are looking for: You will join the hospital at a key moment in its evolution. Initially, you will actively participate in projects related to the new establishment, including the deployment of IT infrastructures, equipment, and network, as well as the implementation of structuring digital projects, including the future patient record (DPI). This position is designed as a transitional and succession role, allowing close collaboration with the current IT manager to ensure a structured transfer of knowledge and responsibilities, with a gradual evolution towards the management of the Service & main responsibilities: Define and manage the IT roadmap in alignment with institutional objectives. Plan and supervise network and system infrastructures. Manage the IT project portfolio, from analysis to deployment, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets. Define and implement an IT strategy aligned with institutional priorities (quality of care, human experience, efficiency). Ensure the management and availability of applications (DPI, JIRA, HRIS). Develop and deploy IT that addresses cybersecurity issues. Ensure the performance, security, and sustainability of infrastructures and systems with internal stakeholders, hospital network partners (FHVI), and external partners. Design and deploy management and data analysis tools. Ensure a robust technical architecture (networks, servers, cloud, mobility). Requirements: Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree (HES, University, EPFL) in management or an equivalent qualification. Have experience in project management (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent). Have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in managing complex projects. Demonstrate experience in managing IT and infrastructure projects. Show an interest in hospital systems and digital transformation. Technical skills: Mastery of the HERMES methodology (standard in Swiss public sector). Excellent knowledge of ITSM, Jira, and good governance practices. Ability to navigate between vision and ground-level interventions. Languages: Perfect command of French and very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level). Soft skills: Demonstrate leadership and the ability to motivate teams. Adopt a strong service orientation and stakeholder awareness. Demonstrate analytical thinking and the ability to evolve in an interdisciplinary environment. Be proactive and offer suggestions. Promote collaboration and interdisciplinary work.
